Fees and Insurance Information

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.



I am not a contracted provider with any insurance company or managed care organization; I can however, provide you with  a monthly statement that you can submit to your insurance company or employee benefit plan for reimbursement.  


Please check with your insurance provider or employer at the beginning of treatment to inquire specifically about your mental health benefits/treatment limitations by asking the following questions:


  • Do I have mental health benefits for out-of-network providers? 

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session for an out-of-network provider? 

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover? 

  • Can I create a Medical Savings Account /Flexible Spending Plan?


Cancellation Policy:

In order to get the most benefit from therapy, it is best to keep a consistent schedule. I require a 48-hour cancellation notice with regards to all sessions. With less than 48-hours notice, you will be charged for your appointment.
